    2. Important Note: If the issue is an emergency or it is after normal business hours (6:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday), please contact the Lake County Sheriff’s Office non-business hours line at 847-549-5200 or dial 911.
    6. Please double check that the road or bike path is under the maintenance jurisdiction of Lake County.
    10. Sometimes we need more specific location information to handle your concern. Please provide information such as “Between intersection 1 and 2” or landmark information.
