4. - To qualify for employment, applicant must live in Lake County, meet low income guidelines (free or reduced lunch), be between the ages of 14 and 18, and in school. Youth with an IEP may be up to age 22.

6. - All applications are due by April 15. Each year we receive more applications than we have available positions for employment. We use a lottery system to select candidates to move forward in the employment process.
