  • You will receive an email stating that you submitted an application.
  • Your FERA provider agency will need to process your application and verify the information, including verifying your residence and rent amounts with your landlord. Your FERA provider will contact you if they need more information or if your application is incomplete.
  • If your application is approved or denied, your FERA provider will contact you to let you know.
  • The funding will be sent directly to your landlord or utility provider.
