The purpose of the survey is to highlight the importance of maintaining a safe drinking water system and the dangers associated with illegal cross connections.  In addition, the survey reminds homeowners and businesses to review all sources (irrigation system, private well, fire sprinkler system, swimming pool, etc.) that are connected to the public water system.
