The Fiscal Year 2018 Request for Proposals (RFP) form for WMB funding is now available. Project funding applications are due by 4:00 p.m. on October 6, 2017. This is the only opportunity to apply for WMB funding for FY 2018.

The annual WMB meeting will be held on December 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at SMC offices, located at the Lake County Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville, IL. Should you need assistance with the WMB application process, please contact the following SMC staff:
