The Lake County Sheriff’s Gang Task Force concluded an investigation, which led to the arrest of three on drug charges. Members of the Gang Task Force initiated the investigation after receiving a tip on cannabis being trafficked at a residence in the 3300 block of Judy Lane, Park City.
On May 23, 2017, members of the Gang Task Force executed a search warrant on the residence. Detectives, along with the assistance of Lake County Sheriff’s Canine Dax, located nearly 2,000 grams of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and over $10,000.00 in U.S. Currency.
The following residents of the home were subsequently charged:
Angel L. Feliciano, 20, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver (class 2 felony) and unlawful possession of cannabis (class 3 felony).
Jasmine A. Rodriguez, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis (class A misdemeanor).
Wilkins Feliciano, 21, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (class A misdemeanor).
All three are due to appear in court on May 24, 2017, at 9:00AM in courtroom C-120.
Sheriff Curran reminds the public the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
