For a February 14 ceremony, couples must appear together in the Clerk’s Office by 5 pm on Monday, Feb. 13 to apply for a license. Both parties are required to present valid identification. If either party has been divorced in the last six months, a certified copy of the dissolution must be presented at the time of the application.
