The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IL EPA) awarded a Clean Water Act Section 319 Nonpoint Source Pollution Reduction Program grant to Lake County Stormwater Management Commission (SMC) to develop a watershed-based plan for an approximate 235 square-mile Des Plaines River watershed planning area primarily located in Lake County, Illinois.  SMC is requesting proposals for consultant assistance in developing the watershed-based plan.  SMC and the selected consultant will develop the watershed-based plan using a partnership approach.

 Proposals must be received no later than 10 AM February 13, 2017 to be considered.
