Becoming a Wetland Intern with the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission would allow you to be involved with collecting data to determine the efficacy of wetland protection. Your day will consist of identifying and collecting wetland plants and monitoring hydrology data in the field, and evaluating and reporting on your findings. In order to be successful in the role, you should be a graduate or current student in a 2- or 4-year college degree program with an emphasis on earth sciences or related fields.
