Sheriff Mark Curran and members of the Lake County Sheriff's Office will join Mary's Mission & Shelter Care at the annual Christmas Program and toy give-away held in the Lake County Community Based Corrections Center (LCCBCC), located at 15 S Martin Luther King Jr Avenue in Waukegan. The toy and food give-away begins at 10:30 a.m.
Sheriff Curran is joining community leaders at the Mary's Mission Christmas Parade. The Christmas Parade begins at Mary's Mission and Shelter Care located at 642 S Martin Luther King Jr Avenue in Waukegan and ends at the LCCBCC. Following the parade, the Sheriff is welcoming guests at the toy and food give-a-way scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. at the LCCBCC. "We appreciate Dr. Lacey’s commitment to assisting the incarcerated and their families. For many of these families, the donated gifts are their sole Christmas presents.”
