On November 9, 2016, at approximately 10:28AM, Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a traffic crash with injuries on Route 120 just east of Almond Road, in Unincorporated Grayslake. Sheriff’s deputies arrived and located a 2000 Chevrolet Corvette with extensive damage.

Preliminary investigation indicates the driver of the Chevrolet was traveling westbound on Route 120, when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle drove onto the center median and then rolled. The driver of the Chevrolet was ejected from the vehicle and sustained critical injuries. He was transported to Condell Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Technical Crash Investigations Unit.
