As a reminder, the first of five community town hall meetings will take place this Thursday, November 3rd, at Rondout School, 28593 North Bradley Road, Lake Forest. The meeting will begin at 6:30PM and end at 8:30PM.
The meetings are being held to engage the community in conversation, and interactively discuss the many initiatives the Lake County Sheriff’s Office is leading in Lake County. Items to be discussed include: implementation of body-worn cameras, mental health initiatives, procedural justice programs, and discussion of the many other programs and responsibilities of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Undersheriff Ray Rose said, “We at the Lake County Sheriff’s Office are at the forefront of leading initiatives such as procedural justice and legitimacy, as well as crisis intervention team training. This is great opportunity to come out, have a conversation, and learn more about the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.”
