The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce five upcoming town hall meetings. Each of the five town hall meetings will be held at different locations throughout Lake County. Sheriff Mark Curran, Undersheriff Ray Rose, and many other members of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office will participate in each of the town hall meetings.
The purpose of the town hall meetings is to interactively show the community the many initiatives the Lake County Sheriff’s Office is leading in Lake County. Items to be discussed include: implementation of body-worn cameras, mental health initiatives, procedural justice programs, and discussion of the many other programs and responsibilities of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Mark Curran said, “We are looking forward to addressing the community in an open discussion on the programs, initiatives, and future of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Please save one of the five dates and join us for an informative evening. I look forward to seeing you!”
Undersheriff Ray Rose said, “We at the Lake County Sheriff’s Office pride ourselves in being transparent and trustworthy, which is exactly why we are excited to see you at a town hall meeting. These town hall meetings will be an opportunity for the community to get an inside look at the sheriff’s office and ask us questions.”
