The final filing date for the 2023 Low-Income Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze (taxes payable 2024) is July 31, 2023. If you haven't filed for 2023 and,

a)  You were 65 or older in 2023 

b)  Your total household annual income was $65,000 or less in 2022

c)   Your property was owner occupied as the principal residence on January 1, 2022 & 2023
