The Talbot Avenue Drainage Improvements Project includes construction of a stormwater two-stage ditch/swale system, work consists of earth excavating, tree removal, soil grading, native landscaping, repairing and replacing drainage structures, bollards, concrete curb and gutter, pavement, and an aggregate trail. The work includes the carrying out of all duties and obligations and the furnishing of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the project. 

This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLT-3381 awarded to the State of Illinois by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
