On December 16, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 39000 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park, for a report of shots fired. While responding, sheriff’s telecommunicators obtained a description of a man who fired a gun in a parking lot. Nobody was struck by the gunfire.
The Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office approved the charge of Reckless Discharge of a Firearm.
Rios remains held in the Lake County Jail on $50,000.00 bail. He is next due in court on December 21, 2022 at 9:00AM.
