[ARCHIVED] ACH withdrawal users update

The payment file produced to pay first installment taxes inadvertently included both installments. We have reversed the payments, and you should see the funds back in your account. To allow for all banking activity to settle, we will pull the first installment payment only again on June 15, 2022.

If your bank charges an overdraft fee, we request that you first ask the bank to waive or reverse the fee. Usually in these situations where it is not the accountholder’s fault, they will remove the fees. If the bank requires a letter from us before removing the fees, e-mail us at [email protected] and we can provide such a letter.

Your payment is considered on time, and no penalties will accrue. If you have any further questions, please e-mail [email protected] or call (847) 377-2323.
