[ARCHIVED] Automatic Withdrawal Application, Change, or Cancellation

The last day to submit an ACH withdrawal application for the 1st installment is Friday, May 20th. 
In addition, the last day to cancel ACH withdrawal for the 1st installment is Tuesday, May 31st. 

As a reminder, the 1st installment is due June 6th.
