Election judges work as a team to administer the proper and lawful conduct of all elections by processing voters in the voting sites. Each judge must be a Lake County registered voter and fluently read and write English.

Required training is free and is offered at convenient locations and times. Election judge pay is determined by level of training completed and assignment.
