Information regarding delinquent property taxes Deadline dates

Last day to pay before:

• Jan. 11   Last day to pay online without FNL fee. 

-The final fee is $10.00.  January 11^th is the last day to pay Online without accruing the $10 penalty fee in addition to interest and Property taxes owed.

• Jan. 15   Last day to pay in person to avoid FNL Fee 

 -final fee is $10.00. January 15^th is the last day to pay in person without accruing the $10 penalty fee in addition to interest and Property taxes owed.

• Jan. 22   Last day to pay online to avoid tax sale.

-January 22,2021 is the last day to pay online to avoid tax sale. Online payment will not be accepted after Jan 22,2021.

Last day to pay to avoid publication

• Jan. 22   Last day to pay with personal check to avoids publication

Personal checks will not be accepted after Jan 22, 2021. Certified funds, cashier checks, money orders.

• Jan. 25   Payment by certified funds or cash ONLY to avoid publication in newspapers 

Last day to avoid Tax sale INCLUSING TAX SALE FEES (5:00PM) DEADLINE

• Feb. 12  Last day to pay to avoid tax sale 
• Feb. 12  Last day to pay by credit card in person  

 Feb 15^th Not taking any payments -Tax Sale in progress
