Did you get a letter from Jesse White about your vote by mail application?

Secretary of State’s office sent a recent reminder letter to many Lake County voters who have already submitted their application to vote by mail.  You can track the status and receipt of both your vote by mail application and voted ballot by logging onto - the Lake County Clerk’s web page offering one-click personalized voting information to registered voters.

Ballots are due to be mailed on September 24, as mandated by Illinois election law.

If you choose to vote in person and do not submit an application by early October, you will receive an additional reminder from the Secretary of State’s office. These mailings are not from the Lake County Clerk.
