A public hearing on the draft Watershed Development Ordinance amendments will be held Friday, September 25, 2020, from 10 a.m. – noon, at the Lake County Government Center, 18 N. County Street, 10th floor Board Room, Waukegan, IL and interactively on the internet. The WDO amendments have been divided into the following categories: 1. Rainfall, 2. Detention, 3. Administration, 4. Soil, 5. Sediment and Erosion Control, 6. Definitions, and 7. Wetland. Due to COVID distancing regulations, in-person attendance is limited to 10 members of the public and must be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Those interested in registering can send an email to Kelcey Traynoff at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proposed amendments can be viewed at the public hearing or online.
