The Lake County Sheriff’s Office participated in the 15th Annual Dunkin Donuts Cop on a Rooftop fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics, Illinois. This year, deputies, reserve deputies, explorer post members and Special Olympics athletes were at two locations; 34484 US Highway 45 in Third Lake and 707 Rockland Road in Lake Bluff.

The combined total raised at both locations was $6,352.50, 56% higher than the 2015 record of $4,069.72. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office extends its gratitude to Lake County residents supporting the events held on Friday, May 20th.
