[ARCHIVED] Automatic Withdrawal Issue

To all of our ACH participants,

It has been brought to our attention that there has been an issue with the program withdrawing the incorrect amount for the June 8th installment. We have looked into it, and determined that our software programming had a glitch that pulled the full first installment instead of half the first installment available with this years’ four payment option. We have taken the following steps to correct the problem:

  1. We have notified our bank and directed them to reverse the automatic payments. You will see the transaction cancelled or the amount redeposited in your account as soon as possible.
  2. We will correct the payment amounts to reflect the four payment option. We will withdraw the correct amount under the four payment plan as soon as we can confirm that the previous transaction has been cancelled and the funds are returned or released in your account. You will not be charged a penalty for late payment regardless of the date we actually collect the payment.
  3. We have taken steps to ensure that this issue does not arise again. We have instituted new controls that will be applied to future automatic payments, starting with the second payment on August 7th.

Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
