[ARCHIVED] Voters admitted to hospital, nursing home, or rehab center

Registered voters who are admitted to a hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation center within 14 days before the election may qualify for personal delivery of a ballot by a family member or friend, subject to statutory conditions.
