Housing & Community Development Needs
The Lake County Housing & Community Development Commission will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the development of the 2017 Annual Action Plan component of the Lake County 2015-2019 Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. The Annual Action Plan will guide the allocation and expenditure of funds available for the 2017 Program Year. Specifically, the Public Hearing will include a discussion of identified needs in the County and how they can be incorporated into the Program Year 2017 application process and estimated funding levels.
Citizen Participation Plan Amendments
The Lake County Housing & Community Development Commission will hold a Public Hearing to discuss amendments to its Citizen Participation Plan (CPP). The CPP outlines how the Commission receives input from the public on issues related to Housing & Community Development. The CPP is available for review at: http://www.lakecountyil.gov/1915/Citizen-Participation-Input
and upon request. Starting May 5, comments are sought regarding the CPP either during the public hearing or in writing, which will be accepted until 5:00pm on May 25, 2016.

All interested parties are invited and urged to attend this Public Hearing. All comments and questions will be considered. Persons in need of special arrangements (translator, specific disabilities, etc.) should contact staff at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting date at 847.377.2150.
