Census population data determines the distribution of federal and state grants to county and local governments. To ensure an accurate 2020 census count of Lake County residents, the Lake County Board recently created a 2020 Complete Count Committee to provide direction and advice on census data collection, focusing on hard-to-count areas of Lake County.
