The 2020 - 2024 Consolidated Plan Needs Assessment & Market Analysis sections have been released for Public Hearing. The hearing will be held on Wednesday July 17th from 3:30 to 5:00 PM at the County Administrative Tower 18 North County St. Waukegan.
