***Public Water Supply Boil Order in Effect***

SUBJECT:            BOIL ORDER

Repairs on a hydrant occurred earlier today on Falkirk Road in Hawthorn Woods. The repairs are completed, and the water mains have been flushed. However, the initial turbidity values are not acceptable. As a result, we are issuing a precautionary Boil Order notice.

Customers in this area should boil their water for at least FIVE minutes before using.

The BOIL ORDER will remain in effect until laboratory sampling confirms that water quality has been fully restored. This will be Thursday morning at the earliest. You will receive notification at that time.
