[ARCHIVED] Emergency Alert Tests to Your Phone, TV Postponed to Oct. 3

The Federal Emergency Management Agency, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission, will issue a test of the Nationwide Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) which will be sent to all compatible cell phones on Oct. 3.
