[ARCHIVED] Expect Phone, TV Messages for Emergency Alert System Tests

The Federal Emergency Management Agency, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission, will issue a test of the Nationwide Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) which will be sent to all compatible cell phones on Sept. 20.
