[ARCHIVED] Aptakisic Road to Close at Canadian National Railroad Tracks for Repairs to Railroad Crossing

CNRR will be closing Aptakisic Rd to through traffic from Prairie Rd to IL 21/US 45 (Milwaukee Ave) for repairs Friday, Sept. 21 through Friday, Sept. 28. This project will include replacing the crossing surface, asphalt and concrete milling, repaving and striping to improve ride quality at the crossing.

Local traffic will be allowed from IL Route 21/US Route 45 west to Bond Street and from Prairie Road east to Weiland Road. The railroad crossing will be closed to all traffic.

Detour Route: Prairie Road to IL Route 22 to IL Route 21/US Route 45.
