We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Zion Health Center, located at 1911 27th Street in Zion. The Zion Health Center currently offers high quality primary care, behavioral health services, WIC, nutrition (dietitian) services, ACA Navigator services (to assist patients in applying for insurance), family planning, family case management, and the Be Well Lake County diabetes program.
