[ARCHIVED] One of the Most Wanted Fugitives in Wisconsin Apprehended

On June 25, 2018, members of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Team and U.S. Marshals Service-Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force (USMS-GLRFTF) apprehended Terrance F. Williams, 59, of the 1900 block of Lewis Avenue, Waukegan.

Williams was wanted on a no bond failure to appear arrest warrant for 1st Degree Sexual Assault Person Under 12, 1st Degree Child Sex Assault Person Under 13, Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault Exposing to Child, 4th Degree Sexual Assault (warrant from Milwaukee, Wisconsin investigation).

Members of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Team and US Marshals Team developed information that Williams left Wisconsin and obtained a new identity under a false name. Williams was located and arrested by the two agencies, with the assistance of Deputy Arrowood and his K-9 partner Duke, at the above address.
