On Thursday, April 18, 2018, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Gang Task Force initiated an undercover investigation into 210 Spa, located at 210 Waukegan Road, Knollwood after an anonymous complaint was received by the Lake Bluff Police Department.

Sun Cha Chon, 63, of the 7200 Block of Arley Pl Springfield, Virginia offered to perform sexual acts to an undercover officer in exchange for money. Chon was arrested for Prostitution.

It was confirmed that Chon was offering these sexual acts under her own free will and there was no indication of coercion or evidence of human trafficking.
