February is School Based Health Center Month! The Lake County Health Department is proud to offer health services to students and faculty of the Round Lake Area school district at the Student Health and Wellness Center, located in Round Lake High School.
In 2017, the dedicated staff of the Student Health and Wellness Center provided care to 1,014 unique patients, with 587 visits for mental health services, 772 immunizations, and 2,054 total visits.
The health center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To be served, students need a signed parent consent form.
