At the applicant’s request, the Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals hearing originally scheduled for July 19, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lake County Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville, Illinois has been continued to September 18, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the same location. The hearing is to consider the appeal of the administrative decision of the Lake County Planning, Building and Development Director, classifying the proposed use on the subject property as “Warehousing and Freight Movement, not otherwise classified”, filed by Deep Creek Ranch, LLC. The appellants request that the Zoning Board of Appeals reverse the decision.
