Outpatient Substance Abuse Program (SAP)

What is SAP?
This outpatient alcoholism and drug abuse treatment program provides a variety of drug-free treatment modalities and medication assisted addiction treatment using methadone and Suboxone to treat opioid addiction. Through comprehensive and continual assessments, the client is rapidly engaged in the treatment process.
Substance Abuse Group

Services include individual and group counseling, 12-step modalities of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, and aftercare programming.

Who Is Eligible?

Adolescents and adults who are demonstrating problems or potential problems with either drugs or alcohol are eligible to enter this program.

What Is the Cost?

Fees for substance abuse treatment services are based on level of income and number of dependents. A sliding fee schedule based on national poverty levels is available for Lake County residents.

Funding is provided in part by the Department of Human Services Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse.
