Pay Taxes Using Automatic Withdrawal

NOTE: The final date for ACH enrollment is May 19th for the 1st installment. Any applications received after this date will be enrolled in ACH for the 2nd installment of 2022 (payable in 2023).

To have an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account, you must:

Complete the Automatic Withdrawal Application/Change/Cancellation Form (PDF)
- Email the Treasurer
- Fax to: 847-984-5899
- Mail to:
  Lake County Treasurer
  18 N. County Street
  Room 102
  Waukegan, IL 60085
If submitted information has changed or you would like to cancel the program, you must complete and submit the above form.
If you sell your property, please remember to cancel your automatic withdrawal.
