Oak Terrace Well House and System Interconnection (ARPA Funded)

Project Location: Southeast corner of West Oak Middle School property in the unincorporated Mundelein/Long Grove area.

Project Description: Construction of a new well house on the West Oak Middle School, which will serve the school and the Oak Terrace Water System in the nearby neighborhood. This is the final phase of a project that began with drilling a test well and installing new water main pipes. With this project, the recently installed mains will become operational, and LCPW will work with water system residents to install water meters.

This project is supported in whole by federal award number 21.027 awarded to Lake County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury in the amount of $2.5 million for the Oak Terrace Well House and System Interconnection. ARPA funds represent 100% of the total project funding.
