En español

We're making improvements! North Chicago Health Center will temporarily close for renovations.

North Chicago Health Center patients will still receive the same quality healthcare just 2 miles north at Belvidere Medical Building in Waukegan.

On September 20, 2021, we will temporarily close for renovations. We will be back in Spring 2022. We are making major building changes to better serve you when you visit us for your care. Improvements coming include:

  • More welcoming patient exam rooms, lobby, waiting areas, and more
  • A new dental exam room
  • Improved patient care flow
  • Improved access for wheelchairs and strollers

Your healthcare won't change—just the location.

All North Chicago Health Center providers will be relocated to Belvidere Medical Building (BMB) in Waukegan during construction. Your appointment with your provider will be at BMB. You will receive the same healthcare services at BMB that you have received at North Chicago Health Center. Your provider and all the North Chicago Health Center staff will be with you every step of the way at BMB.

Remember, all your appointments after September 20 will be at BMB.
