Community Health Ambassadors

Help us restore Lake County's communities, workplaces, and schools by supporting our community members in getting vaccinated for COVID-19.

We invite community organizations, faith centers, service providers, and interested individuals to serve as Community Health Ambassadors. Community Health Ambassadors can play a key role in helping our community members get vaccinated by sharing resources, answering FAQs, and encouraging community members to register on AllVax, Lake County's vaccination portal.

Become a Community Health Ambassador

Community Health Ambassadors help with the following:

  • Encourage community members to register on Lake County's Vaccination Portal, and help them register if needed. 
  • Answer FAQs about the vaccine and getting vaccinated in Lake County. 
  • Share important resources and information about the COVID-19 vaccine and getting vaccinated.
  • Promote vaccination registration through their website, social media, newsletters, etc. (Optional)
