Health Department Service Modifications and Closures

The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center continues to care for patients and clients during this time, and modifications have been made to protect everyone’s health and safety:  

  • Services are being provided over via telehealth (phone, tablet, or computer) when possible 
  • Social distancing measures have been put in place at all locations
  • Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services are provided over the phone, and WIC coupons are provided via curbside pick-up

Respiratory Illness Clinic 

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 and are a patient of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center, your appointment will take place at the Respiratory Illness Clinic. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.
