The Office of the Lake County States Attorney is committed to protecting and serving all victims. Our office does not enforce immigration law and the victim’s cooperation will not lead to our office sharing any information with the Department of Homeland Security. Our office is committed to assisting Victims in certification of U or T visas when they cooperate and assist our office.
