  • On Election Day, you can register at your assigned neighborhood voting site serving your address, the Lake County Fairgrounds, or the Lake County Main Courthouse Lobby
  • You must vote at the time of registration

Registration requirements


You must:
  • be a U.S. citizen,
  • be a resident of your precinct for 30 days before Election Day,
  • be 18 years old on or before November 3, 2020,
    AND
  • provide two forms of valid identification. Both pieces of identification must show your current name, and one must show your current Lake County physical street address.

  • Due to COVID-19, we are encouraging all voters to vote by mail and avoid lines during early voting or on Election Day.  Feel safe in the comfort of your own home and vote from there.
