Facility Operations is responsible for the operation and maintenance of building equipment, maintenance of all buildings and housekeeping in all of the County facilities within the County seat. This responsibility includes the Courthouse, Administration Building, County Jail and Sheriff's Office, Coroner's Office, Government Annex and associated parking structures. Facility Operations is also responsible for providing building services to agencies and departments within these buildings; services include parcel/commodity delivery, furniture relocation, office layout and construction, public space housekeeping, life safety and fire protection, and emergency response.
