Board member Taylor represents the 19th District, which includes Lake Zurich, Barrington, Deer Park, Kildeer, and portions of Long Grove. He has been on the board since 2009. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Ethics & Oversight Committee and as a member of the Financial & Administrative committee. His main priorities are transportation, fiscal responsibility, and transparency. He is a long-time resident of Lake Zurich, where he and his wife Pam raised three children, now all adults. He is retired from United Airlines, where he worked in management for 40 years.
