Board Member Paul Frank represents the 11th District which includes the majority of Highland Park, all of Highwood and a portion of Deerfield. He has served on the County Board since 2016. His focus on the board has been finding ways to hold the County’s property tax levy flat, investing in green transportation alternatives and green infrastructure and reducing the County’s carbon footprint.

Board member Frank works as a healthcare consultant and lives with his wife Mandi and their two children in Highland Park, where he previously served as a member of the Highland Park City Council. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and an M.S. in Public Service Management from DePaul University.
