Temporary Food Event Training
The Temporary Food Service Event Training class covers food safety, sanitation and code requirements that are essential to conducting a safe, sanitary and successful temporary food service event in Lake County for a reduced fee. This class provides temporary food service event vendors/workers with a better understanding of how handling food correctly prevents foodborne illness and reviews the
Temporary Food Service Event Checklist. Although the class is aimed to educate not-for-profit temporary event vendors who don't have a certified food service manager (5-year expiration) or trained food handlers (3-year expiration), any vendor may attend. The Temporary Food Service Event Training Certificate is valid for one (1) year from the date of training. Click
