The Lake County Board has 19 elected members that represent a specific geographic district. The Board approves the budget and all financial matters, as well as ordinances, affecting all county government departments.

Meeting Information
There are two options for residents to attend County Board meetings: (1) in-person attendance on the 10th Floor of the County Administrative Tower, 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois, or (2) remote / virtual attendance through Zoom registration.
Instructions on how to attend meetings remotely will be included with the meeting agenda which will be posted on the Lake County Calendar, https://lakecounty.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx, prior to all meetings.
